He is a Project Management Professional with a strong ability to adapt to evolving markets and global supply chain dynamics. Currently, he serves high-net-worth clients in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, managing projects in the $10 to $40 million range. His current focus is on integrating BOXABL modular homes into the Pacific Northwest market.

Certified in 1998, Michael Fitzgerald started his career in HVAC. He has demonstrated a strong passion for logistics and manufacturing management, boasting a successful track record with over a decade of distinguished experience in the construction industry. Additionally, Michael Fitzgerald is a proud veteran of the United States Armed Forces.

Marcie Fitzgerald, BSN RN, transitioned into a career as a General Contractor after years of hands-on experience in renovation and design. She recently graduated from the Contractor’s Coach LLC, successfully passing her Oregon Contractor's test. Marcie applies her skills in discipline, observation, and attention to detail to her contracting work. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Management to further enhance her expertise.
